Service Description

A birth debrief is a space for you to talk about your birth in any way that you want. I listen and validate your experience, and we can go through any questions you may have. You can tell me as much or as little as you would like, or we can talk about something specific. The hour is yours talk about your pregnancy, labour, and birth, and how they have impacted you and made you feel. If you are thinking about getting pregnant again, or already are, we can talk about how you're feeling and put a plan in place about your next birth. £25 deposit is required to secure your booking, the remaining payment will be invoiced after your therapy session. Your birth debrief can be done in person at the Beyond the Bump Hub, in your own home, or online. If there is a specific date or time that you would like but is not listed, request the closest time to it and add a note with the time/date you'd like. I can't guarantee availably, but I will always try and make it work for you.
