Who can attend: Parents to be from 12 weeks gestation

Our free taster session is designed to do just that, give you a taster into how we run our courses, the environment in the room and touching upon some of the topics we will cover in the full antenatal course 'Your Empowered Birth', the content is not exhaustive and wouldn't substitute for any of our full length classes
