Blissful Baby Massage
Baby massage is the art of using positive touch to nurture the bond between you and your baby. Baby massage has many benefits, including, but not limited to deeping the bond and connection between you and your baby, promoting relaxation in both you and your baby, it can help regulate and strengthen the digestive and respiratory system, build the strength and coordination in your baby muscles, and it can provide movements and gentle strokes that can help with wind, colic, constipation, teething and congestion.

If nothing else, its precious 1-2-1 time with your baby, where nothing else matters other than you and your bundle of joy.
