Firstly, congratulations on taking the first steps to preparing for your parenthood journey. 

 

At Beyond the Bump we're so incredibly passionate that every parent deserves to know their options for their pregnancy, birth and beyond and that you have all of the facts you need to make the decisions that are right for you and your family. Our lives have changed dramatically since the 50's but sadly not all antenatal classes have, here at Beyond the Bump we want to ensure you are informed, in control and are equipped to navigate the maternity system and postpartum life.  Whether this is your first baby or your 10th baby you will be involved in the learning process of understanding everything you need to know in a fun, modern, non-judgemental environment.

We have a great emphasis on being realistic, ensuring that you have all of the information to hand to make informed choices and you are as prepared as possible for your new life with your newborn baby and postnatal recovery.

 

We have different variations of courses available to you, including our group sessions or 1-2-1 sessions and all of our classes are held in our very own Beyond the Bump hub which has been designed to be a calming, relaxing, safe space for you to enjoy.

Duration: A block of 5 evening sessions ran over 5 consecutive weeks - 18:00- 20:30 

Attendees: Maximum 9 couples 

Location: Beyond the Bump Hub, Squab Hall Farm, Harbury Lane, Leamington Spa, CV33 9QB

Who can attend: Parents to be between 30-38 weeks gestation  

Cost: £229 per couple

Group Sessions

Duration: Approximately 5 hours 

Attendees: Private 1-2-1 session for you & your partner between 32-38 weeks gestation 

Location: Your home or our Hub, located at Beyond the Bump Hub, Squab Hall Farm, Harbury Lane, Leamington Spa, CV33 9QB

Cost: £299 per couple

Private 1-2-1

Our antenatal classes bring you a modern approach to antenatal and postnatal education. Our sessions are parent centred and are all about YOU, they are inclusive, non-judgemental and balanced. Our courses are designed to ensure you have all of the information required to make the best decisions for you and your family. Across the 5 weeks you will learn the important aspects of pregnancy, labour and welcoming your little one into the world, we have a major focus on postnatal care to ensure you are supported throughout.  The course is designed to meet various learning styles and techniques to keep it interesting and you involved every step of the way whilst also having a fun. We finish every class with a lights down, relaxation session to help you to start to think about your birth & to help you feel calm and relaxed. Our group sessions have a sociable element to the sessions in the hope you can make some lasting friendships.

By the end of the course we aim for you to feel confident and excited about your upcoming birth and well supported for entering this new stage of your life.
