Meet the Team
Vicky – Owner, Antenatal Educator, Baby Specialist & Mum of Three
Hi, I’m Vicky—wife to Max and proud mummy to three beautiful children: Maible (April 2020), Axyll (February 2022), and Xavia (November 2024). Originally from Cumbria, I now call Warwick home and love raising my little ones here.
My passion for pregnancy, birth, and parenthood grew from my own journey. After years of fertility struggles, ectopic pregnancies, miscarriages, and IVF, I was finally blessed with my first baby, born at Warwick Hospital. Since then, I’ve had two incredible planned home births.
This personal experience, combined with extensive training and continuous learning, allows me to provide compassionate, evidence-based support throughout pregnancy, birth, and the postnatal period. Whether you're preparing for labor, navigating postpartum life, or bonding with your baby through massage, I’m here to guide you every step of the way.

Melissa – Owner, Birth Trauma Specialist, Antenatal Educator & Mum of Two
Hi, I’m Melissa—partner to Richard and mummy to Ophelia (March 2020) and Rowen (May 2022). Originally from Western Canada, I’ve lived in the UK for over a decade, mostly around the Leamington/Warwick area.
My pregnancy and birth experiences have been vastly different. My first daughter, Ophelia, was born via emergency C-section at 33 weeks due to preeclampsia and HELLP syndrome—on the very first day of lockdown in March 2020. The trauma of that experience, paired with the lack of postnatal support, left a lasting impact.
A year later, I faced another heartbreaking experience—a Termination for Medical Reasons (TFMR) at 14 weeks for our second baby girl, Noa. Again, I found myself without the support I desperately needed.
When I became pregnant with Rowen, I took control, did my own research, and found my voice. That pregnancy and birth experience were empowering and positive, leading me to my mission: helping other parents feel informed, supported, and in control of their birth journey.

Victoria – Hypnobirthing Teacher, Hypnotherapist & Birth Trauma Specialist
Hi, I’m Victoria—mum to three wonderful grown-up children, Felix, Oscar, and Scarlett, and proud grandmother to Primrose and Lando. My journey into the birth world started long before my own pregnancies, as I grew up surrounded by birth knowledge. My mother was a dedicated NCT teacher and trainer, and one of the first to bring Hypnobirthing to the UK after training with Marie Mongan.
Inspired by her passion and my own positive birth experiences—despite challenges like pre-eclampsia—I trained as a Hypnobirthing teacher over 17 years ago. Since then, I’ve guided countless families in preparing for birth with calm, confidence, and trust in their bodies.
I specialise in The Wise Hippo method of Hypnobirthing, the same approach used by midwives at Warwick Hospital. I’m also a qualified Hypnotherapist, Birth Trauma EMDR Specialist, and Anxiety Coach, helping parents process past experiences and step into birth and parenthood feeling truly empowered.

Rosie – Play Café Coordinator & Early Years Specialist
Hi, I’m Rosie—a working mum to a lively 19-month-old little girl and a firm believer that all parents deserve a space to relax, connect, and enjoy a hot coffee while their little ones play.
My background is in Early Years Education, and I hold a degree in Early Years Education, so I’ve always been passionate about creating environments where little ones can thrive. But my journey with Beyond the Bump started long before I joined the team—I attended the Antenatal Course with my partner Joe two years ago and have loved being part of the community ever since, joining in with baby classes and courses along the way.
Now, I’m so excited to be running the Play Café on Fridays & Saturdays, making it a welcoming and friendly space for parents and little ones alike. Whether you're here for a chat, a slice of cake, or just a moment to breathe, I can't wait to meet you!
